In this dream, I was putting up some typed Bible-Gospel literature that was on printer paper on poster board on the wall in a specific arrangement with one centered poster board placed high above the rest that were on each side of the centered poster board, sort of like a cross-shape. On another wall were more poster boards with a different topic possibly put up by someone else.
Then the word, "cruciferous" kept popping up; either "cruciferous vegetables" or "cruciferous --" but the word alone "cruciferous" popped up repeatedly. End of dream.
I didn't understand why this word came up but I know of a brother in Messiah who had mentioned his wife having been "supernaturally healed" after almost dying a couple of times; she is now cooking and walking around. Prayers answered! Praise YAH! So I thought maybe that had something to do with it.
So I looked up the word, "cruciferous" and a page appeared with pictures of cruciferous vegetables. I was like, "Does YAH really want me to eat vegetables?" Mind you, I love vegetables, but the emphasis was on these type of "cruciferous" vegetables. I mean, it would be for the benefit of my health and well-being, right? Because sometime after having this dream, I had a relapse in my health which landed me back in the hospital.
These vegetables not only have anti-cancer properties but are also known for their distinct cross-shaped flowers of this particular plant family. Although, I do believe I had heard of this before and thought it was quite interesting. Also, the word, "cruciferous" alone means, "bearing a cross!" How amazing is that?!
Honestly, I had gotten rid of all my graven images because I strongly adhere and strive to guard and keep YHWH's Commandments and this really hit hard. This dream didn't come from my own imagination though. I believe it was given as a reference, pointing to the intertwining of a physical and spiritual connection, which emphasizes the importance of addressing both aspects in our lives in order to achieve a more nurturing and fulfilling life with Almighty YHWH.
Like the words of Yahshua who said, "If anyone wants to follow after Me, let him deny himself, take up his stake [cross] and follow Me." (Matthew 16:24)
We are to follow His example by committing to faith and service to YHWH. This is a daily routine.
A) Self-Denial - Giving up personal desires for the sake of helping others; giving of our time.
(This reminds me of Isaiah 58 which describes the kind of fast that is pleasing to YAH.)
B) Sacrifice - Sacrifice of our time; enduring suffering and hardships (I see 11:11 as I read this part) in our spiritual journey.
C) Commitment to our faith in YHWH. "Bearing the cross" is a deep commitment to truly following the Messiah and embodying His Torah teachings.
